Your attention is invited to 14 practical exercises focused on working with the cervical-collar zone and the thoracic spine.

This course will allow you to purposefully work out weakened back muscles and correct your posture under the guidance of an experienced yoga therapist and rehabilitologist.

✔️ correction of the physiological curves of the spine: in particular, work with thoracic kyphosis and smoothed cervical lordosis;
✔️ relieving back muscle tension by working with trigger points;

Course lessons

Lesson 1
Relaxation of trigger points on the face. Self-massage. Work with the points of attachment of the muscles of the cervical-collar zone

Lesson 2
Relaxation of trigger points on the face and neck. Thoracic mobilization

Lesson 3
Breathing exercises. Working with the rotator cuff. Work with the pectoral muscles

Lesson 4
Mobilization of the thoracic spine. Neck traction. Study of the shoulder-scapular zone

Lesson 5
Relaxation and strengthening of the neck muscles. Work with thoracic kyphosis, relaxation and stretching of the extensors of the back

Lesson 6
Processing of learned material. Work with relaxation of the neck muscles. Mobilization of the rotator cuff. Strengthening the extensors of the back

Lesson 7
Work with the muscles of respiration. Breathing exercises. Traction techniques for the thoracic region

Lesson 8
Mobilization of the chest. Strengthening the muscles of the back

Lesson 9
Work on increasing the range of motion in the thoracic region. Working out the deep muscles of the back. Twisting
