The Kaundini Course is a 13-minute practice pack of 60-80 minutes to master, rethink and deepen the eka pada kaundiniasana.

Description

We will explore both the very form of kaundiniasana and the movement in it. These classes will allow you to strengthen key muscle groups and build the necessary connections in the lead-up exercises, integrate kaundiniasana into vinyasas from balance forms, master variations of this form and try complications. Even if you are confident in your balance in eka pada kaundinyasana, this series of lessons will open up a vast field for you to grow!
