– foot massage ball, myofascial or regular tennis ball;
– Kuznetsov’s applicator or pranamat (spiked rug) and/or nail board (if any);
– massage or any natural oil + napkin;
– a light blanket / scarf or towel;
– socks;
– a roller for the back (if any);
– blocks for yoga;
– belt for yoga (or any other).

Description

The practice is aimed at targeted work with the feet and ankle joints. The session begins with activation of the plantar (plantar) fascia, foot massage and a thorough warm-up, followed by a range of therapeutic and mobilizing exercises, in conjunction with yoga asanas.
