Balanced practice of hatha yoga in the traditional style.
“Shanti” in Sanskrit means “peace”, “peace” and “harmony”. The famous mantra “Om Shanti Shanti Shanti” is designed to calm the mind and harmonize the state.
This practice (sadhana) is designed to help you come to a state of mental silence and deep peace. The sequence of asanas will allow you to work out the whole body, and at the end you will be offered the practice of pranayama with breath holding and holding three bandhas (maha mudra).
