Description

This practice is aimed at mastering and stabilizing the posture of the staff on four supports or Chaturangi dandasana.

Among the various lead-in exercises aimed at mobilizing the muscles of the core and shoulders, you will be asked to rebuild the chaturanga while lying on your back, and then with your hands on the wall. Be very attentive to all instructions, but even more attentive to the sensations in the body. The purpose of this practice is to feel the work and stabilize in this asana, and not just anyhow how to hold it … To do this, feel free to lower your knees to the floor to reduce the load, and painstakingly explore how the chest muscles work, how the shoulders and elbows behave , wrist. All necessary keys will be given to you. Your task – even if you confidently do this asana – is to try to apply them in order to qualitatively improve the form and learn to “live” and breathe freely in it, including with prolonged retention.
