Description
During the course, the following asanas and their variations will be discussed in detail:
– bakasana (crane pose) and other symmetrical balances on the arms;
– eka pada kaundiniasana (pose named after the sage Kaundini) and other asymmetric balances on the hands;
– pincha mayurasana (forearm stand);
– adho mukha vrikshasana (handstand).
